• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500; deposits below this amount are not accepted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500; withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks).
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, l89bet may hold it until further verification is completed.

3.1 Payments via Third Parties

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Transactions using another person's mobile wallet or bank account are not permitted. If such a transaction is identified, the relevant amount may be held and the account may be placed under investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

l89bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement 25x).
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.
• The bonus is available once per member; any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Certain games may not be eligible for wagering with bonus balance; details will be stated on each bonus page.
• l89bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

4.1 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback based on their weekly net losses. There are three tiers — Bronze: up to 0.4%, Silver: up to 0.8%, Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. For example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5. Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

All games on l89bet are conducted fairly and transparently. Users must refrain from the following activities:

• Playing or placing bets with the help of any software, bot, automation tool or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any system vulnerability or flaw is prohibited; if such a flaw is discovered, please report it to the support team immediately.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or influence other players is prohibited.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts ("collusion") is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as part of any illegal activity is prohibited.

If any of the above terms are breached, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

5.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server issue causes an abnormal game result, l89bet reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered. Claims for winnings resulting from a technical error will not be accepted.
